Overview
Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor
This highly-regarded and established national firm based in central Cardiff offices is looking to appoint a full-time Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor to their market-leading tier1 defendant clinical negligence department.
Your work will involve a range of Defendant Clinical Negligence claims on behalf of a range of defendant clients and in particular acting for NHS Resolution.
As a Defendant Clinical Negligence Lawyer you will have 3-4 Years\’ PQE and be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with complex defendant clinical negligence caseloads. You may also have the opportunity to become involved with healthcare inquest and advisory work.
The firm is offering a very competitive salary and package as well as ongoing career progression opportunities. The PQE above is a guideline only and does not preclude applications from those with more or less PQE.
