Job Details Position: Store Manager Location: Milton Keynes Hours: 40 hours per week What youβll be doing Have a real connection with your local community by driving relevant events and initiatives to attract new customers and delight existing ones. Develop strong personal relationships with top customers to maintain brand engagement. Have an omnichannel mentality β delight customers through Store, Tablet, One Stock, and Click & Collect channels. Attract, recruit & retain passionate team members committed to delivering a fantastic customer experience. Inspire team growth and development through regular performance reviews. Create a culture of recognition and motivation within your team. Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control to minimize loss and ensure accuracy. Optimize in-store experience by ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to Brand Best Practice. Manage payroll budget to meet wages to sales targets. Make confident decisions that drive commercial success, ensuring promotions, sales, and visual merchandising align with brand standards. Use KPIs to evaluate store performance and identify areas for development. Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures, especially regarding stock and cash security.
