We seek an experienced Partnerships Sales Manager to build impactful partnerships that enhance sales and business development.

Role Details

  • Position: Partnerships Sales Manager
  • Location: Bournemouth / Hybrid
  • Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + benefits
  • Reporting To: Head of Sales and Business Development
  • Type: Full-Time, Permanent
  • Hours: 9am - 5pm, with some flexibility

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement partnership strategies
  • Create and deliver training programs for Travel Consultants on partnership lifecycle
  • Support onboarding and relationship management with partners
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to attract and support partners
  • Ensure partners understand and promote our travel offerings effectively

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in partnership sales and account management
  • Knowledge of marketing techniques and creating impactful training materials
  • Strong communication, data analysis, and strategic planning skills
  • Experience in contract negotiations and partnership agreements
