Main Duties And Responsibilities Of The Role Lead integration initiatives across disparate systems such as SAP, SUN Systems, Salesforce, and other enterprise platforms, with a strong focus on ServiceNow Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams — helping shape requirements, propose scalable integration approaches, and influence technical direction Automate and streamline business workflows to enhance operational efficiency and user experience Working with cross functional teams to develop integrations, automate workflows, and ensure seamless deployment across on-prem and cloud environments Champion continuous improvement, particularly around integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architecture (e.g., Kafka) Contribute to architectural decisions, system documentation, and the creation of reusable runbooks and standards Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and technical stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver value-driven outcomes Ensure high standards in testing, documentation, and security compliance, partnering with QA and InfoSec teams Serve as a point of leadership within delivery teams – a natural collaborator, problem-solver, and advocate for best practices.
