About the Role:
As an Agency Partner, you will be the face of our organisation to the agencies while representing their needs within our team. You’ll deliver best-in-class partnerships through thought leadership and education, ensuring our organisation is viewed as a strategic ally in the fast-evolving media landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to voice for agencies, driving strong relationships across traditional and digital media teams.
- Proactively identify and create effective opportunities to enhance partnerships.
- Manage agency relationships in a matrixed environment, empowering agencies through education about our value proposition.
- Develop, test, and scale initiatives to inspire agency stakeholders about our suite of products.
- Analyse revenue performance across your agency portfolio and spot opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster sustainable agency growth.
What You Bring:
- Sufficient years of experience in Marketing, Brand Advertising, Agency, Media Sales, or Online Advertising.
- Proven success in managing relationships in a matrixed environment.
- Strong understanding of the agency landscape and the ability to translate technical ideas into simple, digestible terms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, coupled with a collaborative spirit.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A solid appreciation for technology and its impact on consumer behaviour.
