The Governance team ensures Transaction Reporting Operations comply with regulations and standards. This role involves shaping governance structures, overseeing breach management, producing management reports, and ensuring compliance with enterprise policies. You will manage analytical processes for regulatory reporting, lead projects related to systems and process improvements, and serve as a subject matter expert across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor Transaction Reporting health and track remediation and change projects at various levels
  • Summarize findings for senior management across global forums
  • Understand responsibilities across NTCR, Technology, GCOR, and Lines of Business
  • Define and implement control practices ensuring regulatory compliance and data quality
  • Manage Management Information related to TRCG and support process management
  • Collaborate with technology teams on control systems and testing
  • Document risks, KPIs, and procedures, review regularly, and escalate issues
  • Respond to regulatory inquiries and internal audits
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders including senior leaders
  • Identify and track errors, breaches, and data issues impacting reports
  • Review transaction reporting breaches independently
  • Coordinate with upstream report owners to ensure compliance
  • Maintain data dictionaries and review data quality with related teams
Candidate Profile:
  • Experience with regulatory trade and transaction reporting
  • Proven ability to manage and communicate with senior stakeholders
  • Experience in producing and tracking MI reports
  • Background in risk and control environments within banking, middle office, or operations
