Property Management Associate

Price Range: from Rs.200 to Rs.2,500,000 Size Range: from 10 SqFt to 1,000 SqFt Land Area Range: from 10 SqFt to 1,000 SqFt Looking for a property management associate to manage the properties of our clients. Please note the job is property management and not facility management. Maintain customer relationships and ensure all works in the properties are completed on time. Purchase of materials and vendor sourcing for works. Coordinate with owners, tenants, and vendors. Coordinate with real estate agents and field executives to ensure 100% occupancy of the properties. Role: Full-time and in-person Location: Bengaluru East, mainly around Whitefield and Indiranagar Experience: 1-3 years Requirements: – Fluent in speaking: English, Hindi, and Kannada – 2-wheeler – Basic Excel knowledge – Good camera smartphone – Knowledge about civil and property-related works like electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
