REST Hub Manager

REF: NWM/ 556 Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week, worked flexibly to meet the needs of the service, including some weekends. £32,547 per annum, rising to £34,748 after probation period. Location: Covering both REST Hubs in Thetford (Breckland House, St Nicholas Street – IP24 1BT & REST Thetford, Riverside Walk – IP24 2BG) *A driver’s license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role. This is an exciting opportunity to continue developing and enhancing our services, ensuring that we provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals. As the REST Hub Manager, you will continue to appraise, improve, and develop our work at the REST Hub in Thetford and our wider work in South Norfolk. You will work closely with our clinical partners from Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust (NSFT) and other stakeholders to provide a robust service to people experiencing mental health issues. You will promote a recovery model framework and implement a Psychological Informed Environment (PIE) for service users. To be considered for this role, candidates need to: Have experience of successfully leading and supervising a team. Have experience supporting people with their mental health. Experience in collaboration and creating partnerships with external organizations, the VCSE sector, volunteers, and small community groups.
