STIR Trading role for a Bank in London We are currently seeking an experienced Short-Term Interest Rate (STIR) trader to join a reputable bank in the heart of London. The successful candidate will have at least 7 years experience and be well-versed in trading rate products, FX, G10 currencies, taking risk and more. Qualifications: At least seven years professional work experience as a STIR trader with proven track record Excellent knowledge of interest rates – IR; foreign exchange – FX markets Willingness to take risk Skills & Responsibilities: As our ideal candidate you should possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal to liaise effectively across business functions within the organisation while also being able to develop strong external relationships with counter parties. You must be capable of working independently but still maintain collaborative team working capabilities when required.
