This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly expanding media group on a fast track to significant responsibility. Based in central London, TVF Media includes multiple award-winning divisions across media, arts, and leisure sectors. With clients worldwide, TVF is a leader in documentary programming and distribution, healthcare communications, digital innovation, and hosts the world’s largest philosophy and music festival.
We are seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented graduate to join as a Finance and Accounts Executive. You will undergo an intensive three-month training program covering core finance and accounting aspects across divisions, learning to assess problems and develop solutions that enhance our outcomes, applying modern management theories daily.
Working with the Finance team and regularly interacting with the Financial Director and CEO, you will be responsible for implementing meaningful improvements within the group’s divisions. This includes:
- Managing group management accounts
- Reconciling
- Assisting with invoicing and supplier payments
- Analyzing and reporting key data
- Providing excellent service to our divisions
The successful candidate is expected to progress rapidly into a significant leadership role, with ample scope for career growth. As a Finance and Accounts Executive, you should be driven, technically skilled, comfortable with data, and adept at solving complex problems. Strong communication skills, charisma, and the ability to effectively engage with clients and team members are essential.
Candidates should possess an excellent educational background, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude. A degree in Mathematics, Economics, or a related Finance or Business field is highly desirable, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
