We\’re looking for a contract IT Procurement Specialist to join our team and help us source, negotiate, and manage best-in-class IT services, hardware, and software for a multi-site, global organisation. You’ll work remotely, collaborating closely with the IT Director, wider IT teams, and Supply Chain. What You’ll Be Doing Analyze and understand the IT procurement needs of the business Research and identify the right vendors and suppliers Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service levels Ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality procurement outcomes Track and manage procurement records, contracts, and invoices Collaborate with IT teams on current and future tech needs Stay up to date with IT market trends and innovations Review existing contracts and lead renewal or re-tendering plans Contribute to global procurement strategy development What We’re Looking For Solid experience in IT procurement (hardware, software, and services) Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract skills Good understanding of multi-site/global IT infrastructure Familiarity with project-based procurement and implementation Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills CIPS qualification preferred (but not essential) Looking for an immediate or 2-week start time.
