Permanent - Lead Developer - Proximity Development/Front Office Focus
- A hands-on development leadership role, managing a small proximity development team that delivers tailored software solutions for commodities trading and front office users.
- This role combines people management, stakeholder communication, and direct development across pricing, risk, and reporting tools.
- Lead the team in delivering tools to support trading, risk, and operations.
- Manage delivery pipeline, business prioritization, and technical planning.
- Develop solutions across pricing, market data contributions, and risk reporting.
- Collaborate with global teams, align with Head Office on process and governance.
