Detailed Job Description:
- Provide technical expertise on network provisioning, IT Delivery/Service, Billing etc. from a telecom ISP onboarding perspective.
- Lead technical design reviews, architecture decisions, and solution development for his/her owned area or tower.
- Manage the complete technical delivery of items of work in their specific towers (Network, Billing, Trials, Ops Model etc.), including planning, execution, testing.
- Ensure project deliverables meet technical specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, escalating issues to program Lead.
- Independent, assertive, able to proactively identify issues/risks/technical dependencies and work towards a solution taking assistance where needed.
- Excellent communication capability and ability to contribute in full measure to responsible decision-making aspects.
