The Advice and Response Lead Investigator will be responsible for undertaking all aspects of complex investigative casework related to allegations of behavioural misconduct, including sexual misconduct, harassment, and hate, in accordance with relevant policies and procedures. As a leader of Professional Services (PS), you will embed a culture of excellent service provision and continuous improvement both locally and university-wide, prioritizing the student experience. You will support a unified PS team working flexibly across organizational boundaries. Collaborating with the Director of Campus Life, Head of Advice and Response, Advice and Response Managers, and other senior colleagues, you will develop, embed, and maintain effective partnerships with colleagues, students, and stakeholders to support the university’s strategic goals and deliver a high-quality Advice and Response Service. Flexibility across the university and taking on various roles and assignments as needed will be expected, utilizing principles of business partnering and collaborative working to achieve university and local priorities as part of a single, cohesive team.
