The Role

We are seeking aSenior PCB Design Engineerto join a collaborative engineering team focused on the development of advanced telecommunication payloads, scientific instruments, and space-based sensors. In this role, you’ll be responsible for translating system-level designs into robust, manufacturable printed circuit boards that power mission-critical technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop PCB schematics and layouts using industry-leading tools
• Collaborate with hardware and systems engineers to integrate PCB designs into larger architectures
• Review and validate designs for manufacturability, compliance, and performance
• Build and maintain component libraries (symbols and footprints)
• Document design processes and technical decisions for traceability
• Work with manufacturing partners to ensure timely and high-quality PCB production

About You

You are an experienced PCB Design Engineer with a strong technical foundation and a passion for creating reliable hardware for demanding environments. You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting where your work has real-world impact.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in PCB design tools such asCadence Allegroand/orSiemens Xpedition
• Experience withPLM systemssuch as Teamcenter (desirable)
• Solid understanding ofcircuit design, component selection, and layout best practices
• Experience inhigh-speed signal routingandpower distribution techniques
• Knowledge ofDesign for Manufacturability (DFM)andDesign for Testability (DFT)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
• Minimum5 yearsof experience in PCB design and development
