A leading main contractor, with a proud reputation for delivering exceptional buildings across London, is searching for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join its growing commercial team. This is a permanent role, with immediate opportunities to get stuck into live tenders and flagship projects - all based in and around the beating heart of the capital.

What will you be doing?
You'll be the go-to expert on MEPH packages; tendering, negotiating, interrogating cost plans, managing variation accounts, and driving value engineering. Expect to break down complex scopes, produce detailed pricing schedules, and collaborate with top-tier consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

- Have a solid track record of MEPH tendering and variation account management.
- Understand the finer details of packages like mechanical, electrical, BMS, lifts, sprinklers, AV, and more.
- Can identify design risks, interface challenges, and scope gaps - and resolve them before they become costly issues.
- Communicate like a hero - both in person and on paper - with the confidence to lead meetings and write clear, insightful reports.
