About the role: As an Assistant Relationship Director, you will support experienced Relationship Directors in managing and developing lending solutions for property developers and SMEs. You’ll be involved in deal progression, client communication, and credit assessment, gaining hands-on experience across real estate and commercial lending. This role offers a clear career path with plenty of learning and development opportunities in a niche sector that’s hard to enter without the right exposure.
What you’ll do:
- Assist in managing client and introducer relationships to generate new lending opportunities
- Support credit analysis and deal structuring under senior guidance
- Help drive the deal process from enquiry through to loan drawdown
- Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative and compliance tasks
- Learn to navigate multi-stage property development finance and bridging loan structures
