We are currently partnered with a leading law firm to recruit for a HRIS Project Manager on a permanent basis. You will be joining at the early stages of the project as they sign terms with a new platform provider following an extensive RFP process.

As HRIS Project Manager, you will lead the multi-year delivery of the firm's new HRIS platform and inter-related systems such as Payroll, LMS, Benefits and Rewards. Previous experience as a Project Manager delivering HRIS implementations is essential. The ideal candidate will have had exposure to numerous HRIS such as Workday HR, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM etc. Any experience within a professional services industry (legal, accountancy, consultancy, LLP) will be highly beneficial.

The role is offered on a hybrid basis with an expectation of 2 days per week in the London office.
