Product Designer (UX/UI) — Social Commerce – London (Hybrid)

🚀 A fast growing startup is redefining how people shop, share, and earn through authentic, social-first experiences and we’re looking for a talented Product Designer with strong start up experience in the e-commerce world to help shape the journey for them!

This is a high-impact role where you’ll design intuitive, engaging, and high-performing experiences for a new kind of commerce platform. From concept to launch, you’ll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing to bring ideas to life and fast.

🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end product design process: research, wireframes, prototypes, visuals
  • Create seamless user journeys for web and mobile that drive engagement and conversion
  • Turn business goals and user needs into polished, delightful digital experiences
  • Use data and user feedback to iterate and improve design performance
  • Contribute to (and evolve) their design systems and visual language

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in UX/UI or product design in e-commerce/social-driven platforms
  • A strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design, clean UI, and real-world impact
  • Mastery of design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and design systems
  • Excellent communication skills, you can clearly explain your design thinking
  • A love of moving fast, staying organised, and shipping quality work in a startup setting
  • Curious, creative, collaborative and obsessed with crafting great user experiences
