The team advises on the full suite of banking and finance work, with particular emphasis on real estate financing—often complex, high-value matters involving institutional lenders, borrowers, and funds. The ideal candidate will bring significant experience acting on both lender and borrower mandates, navigating multi-jurisdictional deals and managing client expectations with precision and commercial clarity.

You’ll be stepping into a collaborative, well-integrated team that values initiative, rigour, and a solution-led mindset. A strong grounding in real estate finance is essential, ideally gained at a recognised international or City firm. Experience across broader banking and finance transactions will be advantageous.
