We are seeking a highly analytical, data-driven, and people-oriented Digital Project Manager at mid weight level to join our Digital Activation team. This role demands a blend of technical expertise in AEM and business acumen to drive performance and support the team to reach sustainable growth.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Optimising digital campaigns in the AEM platform.
- Analysing campaign performance.
- Implementing changes throughout the project.
- Identifying and managing risks and obstacles.
The successful candidate will support the Programme Manager, the Production Centre Managers, and Lead Tech Delivery Manager in managing digital accounts for our client. The candidate will work closely with the Global Team in the Cheil UK office and the different production centre leads to execute digital projects, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations are delivered with exceptional performance through leadership and collaboration across multiple teams.
What the day-to-day looks like:
- Develop and execute comprehensive solution-oriented operational strategies, including resource planning, against a brief, aligned with business objectives.
- Create and maintain reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators and project progress.
- Work closely with the Global Team to define project scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure clear and concise communications with all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to execute project plans, digital initiatives, and deliverables on time and on budget, and with the highest standard.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Ensure that the project documentation is complete and up-to-date, including project plans, status reports, and budget/Pay-Per-Use trackers.
- Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and internal teams, providing updates and insights, and informing and aligning on project statuses and progress.
- Create and maintain new processes that are required for new scope of work.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep diligent track of project status reports on Confluence Page.
- Keep regular and thorough records of finance trackers including client billing and raising.
