Corporate Tax Lawyer

An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join a global firm’s top-tier Corporate Tax practice in London. The team is active across private and public M&A, private equity transactions, and strategic mandates for financial institutions, among other areas. It maintains a strong focus on sector specialisations, demonstrating particular expertise in real estate, funds, and insurance.

Experience required:

• Qualified in England & Wales or in a common law jurisdiction
• Be 1-3 years' PQE
• A strong tax lawyer with the ability to capitalise on both contentious and non-contentious opportunities.
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate a willingness to engage with new areas of work and apply their knowledge and experience across a diverse range of matters
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
