Trainee Sales Executive

As a Trainee Sales Executive at Park\’s Motor Group, you will be geared up for every aspect of the customer experience, from the first hello to handing over the keys. You will support customers\’ needs and build ongoing relationships, and you will complete the bespoke Sales Training Evaluation Program during your training.

Responsibilities

Begin each interaction with a positive greeting and conclude with a satisfied customer.

Support all stages of the sales process, including vehicle selection, documentation, and key hand‐over.

Collaborate with colleagues to fulfill customer needs and meet sales targets.

Apply modern technology and sales techniques in every contact.

Qualifications

Self‐driven and highly motivated.

Energetic and enthusiastic.

Organised and professional in appearance and conduct.

Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Natural rapport building with customers.

IT literate – capable of using modern technology and sales tools.

Team player capable of operating effectively as part of a team.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Full clean UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months.
