Job Description:

Could you be one of our Loss Prevention Officers?

As the world\’s leading off-price retailer of clothing and homeware, we focus on putting our customers first. With thousands of stores worldwide, we aim to provide positive and memorable experiences for all.

As a Loss Prevention Officer, you\’ll help ensure the safety of our customers, associates, and assets. Experience in a customer-facing role, within a fast-paced retail environment or security role, is ideal but not essential.

In this role:

• You will support a positive customer experience by being a visible, friendly, approachable presence at store entrances.
• You will focus on deterring loss on the salesfloor while acting as an ambassador for loss prevention.
• You will work closely with the store team to maintain product security and deliver effective conflict resolution when needed.
• You should demonstrate the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• You will need to be self-motivated, resilient, and driven to make a difference, with strong communication skills.
