Job Title: Practice Nurse – Functional Assessor

Location: Bradford, 1 Anne Gate, Bradford, BD1 4EQ

Contract Type: Permanent

Starting salary: Starting salary £39,000 with OTE up to £46,575*

About You

Join Medacs Healthcare as a Practice Nurse – Functional Assessor and use your clinical expertise in a rewarding hybrid role based in Bradford.

As an experienced Functional Assessor, you\’ll assess, discuss, and report on how conditions impact daily living through face-to-face or telephone assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong report writing, communication
• Organisation, and time management skills.
• Typing proficiency and IT system navigation skills.
• A commitment to integrity and delivering a high-quality service.

Essential Qualifications

• Full UK Right to Work – we are not able to support sponsorship to work in the UK at this time.
• Current and unrestricted NMC registration
• A minimum of 1 year post-registration UK experience (NHS or private healthcare providers)
• Experience in a range of clinical settings and/or specialties
• Applications also welcome from Registered Mental Health Nurses, Registered Learning Disability Nurses, Community Nurses, Registered General Nurses, Community Psychiatric Nurses (CPN\’s), and District Nurses.
