The Senior Technical Business Systems Analyst will design, develop, and test enhancements to the data warehouse, reporting (SSRS), and dashboards (Power BI). The role involves building strong relationships across the business to support existing systems and contribute to future upgrades and system improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test data warehouse (Star schema dimensional model), reporting, and dashboard solutions (SSRS/Power BI).
- Create, maintain, and enhance data integrations (IntApp Integrate/SSIS).
- Analyse database data to identify and fix integrity issues.
Technical Skills and Experience:
- Proven expertise in a technical role within a global law firm.
- Understanding of business implications of legal environment applications.
- Excellent SQL skills and experience with ETL processes.
- Strong experience designing and building business-facing reports and dashboards using SSRS and Power BI.
- Knowledge of Elite 3E, Workspace, SelectHR, Interaction, Intapp Open, Integration Builder, and Walls is advantageous.
