Working closely within the FF&E, Art Consultancy, and Interior Design to deliver a holistic approach.

Job Description

1. Presenting to clients at steering committee meetings
2. Managing a project efficiently, to program and budget
3. Show leadership and initiative in managing projects, schedules, and project timelines
4. Proactive about managing deadlines and client expectations
5. Managing and briefing the graphics team on live projects, including sign off for their project time logs
6. Providing support for members within the team, delegating lower priority work and maintaining team budgeted hours
7. Make recommendations for concept, design, and art direction for a variety of two and three-dimensional graphics and signage solutions
8. Ability to creatively understand the Clients brief and ensure the design is of exceptional quality

The Successful Applicant

1. Ability to create and develop signage & graphics conceptual designs and drawings
2. Advanced skills in full Adobe Creative Suite
3. Good spatial awareness and ability to understand architectural drawings
4. Ability to manage time, generate/manage schedules, and workflow of projects efficiently
5. Project Management experience and familiar with project reporting and documentation records
6. Good communication skills and ability to present at a high level
7. Experience in mentoring and assisting junior and middleweight designers
8. Solid working knowledge of Keynote & PowerPoint
9. Knowledge of FF&E Selection is desirable
10. Building and growing client relationships
11. Visualisation and explanation of concepts to others
12. Going to site and working closely with sub-contractors and clients
13. Maintaining client satisfaction and profitability in regards to all projects you are involved in
