Our client, a prestigious international law firm is looking for an experienced Structured Finance Paralegal to join their London office on a permanent basis, with a strong focus on European CLO (Collateralised Loan Obligation) transactions. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-driven legal professional to become part of a market-leading Structured Finance team, working on cutting-edge deals in a high-calibre, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting with the full lifecycle of European CLO transactions, including drafting and reviewing transaction documents and legal opinions
- Supporting partners and associates on deal execution, including managing transaction closings
- Liaising with clients, trustees, and deal parties
- Preparing government filings and post-closing documentation
- Maintaining deal files and assisting with document organisation and quality control
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous CLO or structured finance paralegal experience from an international law firm
- Law degree (or non-law degree plus GDL) and completion of the LPC
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
- A high level of professionalism and attention to detail
