A well-established and forward-thinking legal practice in Central London is seeking an experienced Head of Litigation Solicitor to lead its dynamic litigation team. This is a pivotal role for a senior solicitor with a strong background in both civil and commercial litigation, looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of solicitors and support staff within the litigation department
- Oversee a diverse caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters, ensuring high standards of client service and case management
- Develop and implement strategies in line with firm objectives
- Mentor and support junior team members, encouraging professional growth and development
- Maintain and grow client relationships through excellent communication and legal expertise

Candidate Requirements:
