Our client is an established global investment bank with strong coverage across both publicly traded and privately owned companies. The business services team is highly experienced with an outstanding reputation and strong track record in the space, leveraging a network formed over many years. After a successful 2024, the team are looking to add a VP to build on a strong pipeline for 2025.

You will work closely with experienced Managing Directors supported by a team of Associates and a growing team of Analysts. Working in a diverse sector across five key verticals (Commercial & Industrial Services, Professional & Human Capital Services, Information Services, Technology & Education Services and Distribution) advising both business owners and senior executives on buy/sell side mergers & acquisitions, refinancing, capital raises and related activities.

The successful candidate for this Vice President role will currently be working at VP level in a global or boutique investment bank, or corporate finance advisory firm. You will have a strong track record in midmarket deals in business services space or related sectors. The ability to build relationships both internally across the firm and externally with business leaders will be vital to success.
