Senior Graphic Designer – Performance Marketing (DTC) – Hybrid – London | Up to £50k
Our client is a high-growth D2C business in beauty & skincare, operating at the intersection of ecommerce, performance marketing and product innovation. With a rapidly expanding customer base and a performance-first approach to creative, the business is scaling quickly and investing heavily in design as a key growth driver.
They are now looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join their high-performance creative and growth team, taking real ownership of design output across paid channels and conversion-led landing experiences.
This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced, collaborative and data-driven environment. You will work closely with a Creative Strategist, Videographer and wider growth team to turn insights into high-performing creative that drives measurable results at scale.
What will I be doing?
• Designing static and motion ad creatives for Meta, TikTok and Google
• Creating performance-led layouts built around hooks, proof and offers
• Rapidly iterating winning concepts to produce multiple variations
• Adapting creatives across formats, ratios and platform requirements
• Designing conversion-led landing pages and advertorial-style experiences
• Applying direct-response and CRO principles to layout, hierarchy and flow
• Collaborating with growth teams to test, measure and optimise pages
• Optimising design output for clarity, trust, speed and conversion
• Translating strategic direction into execution-ready creative with speed
• Owning the full design process independently
• Working closely with a Videographer to align static and video assets
• Maintaining brand consistency while pushing creative performance
What do I need?
• Proven experience designing ads and landing pages for D2C ecommerce brands
• Must have design experience from beauty, health or supplement experience
• Deep understanding of direct-response design, performance ad frameworks and conversion psychology
• Ability to work independently with strong ownership of delivery
• Confidence working from strategic briefs without heavy oversight
• Commercial mindset, understanding that design exists to drive growth
• Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail
Nice to have
• Video or motion design experience
• Experience with UGC-style creative
• Familiarity with CRO or creative performance tools
• Experience collaborating closely with media buying or growth teams
