About the Role: We are looking for a Content Manager to join our growing marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Content & Engagement, you will play a pivotal role in the consistent delivery of high-quality, engaging, and distinctive content that promotes our brand, products, and services across our marketing mix. This role will involve content creation for blogs, articles, social media, newsletters, video scripts, events, advertising campaigns, and website pages, with a broad focus of driving brand awareness, lead generation, and SEO performance. This is a great opportunity for someone with a breadth of content creation experience looking to take on a more influential role in a skilled marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage engaging content for owned and paid channels, including blogs, editorial articles, social media, videos, case studies, newsletters, website content, paid ads and email.
  • Act as a brand journalist to track down interesting stories and opportunities to make our technology and world view famous.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and take ownership of our content pipeline to ensure all content is delivered on time, aligned with Joblogic’s brand tone, and communication strategy.
  • Work alongside our SEO agency and implement SEO best practices to optimize content and create a magnetic digital estate for our target audiences.
  • Create compelling content to support marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media initiatives.
  • Be a guardian of our tone of voice and brand and assist with proofreading, editing, and refining content for clarity, style, and accuracy.
  • Work with designers and other stakeholders to create visually appealing and informative content assets for distribution far and wide.
  • Monitor content performance metrics and make recommendations for content optimization.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and apply new insights to enhance Joblogic’s content strategy.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in content writing across a broad media landscape.
  • Excellent written English with proven experience in producing content tailored to different audiences and purposes.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and experience implementing SEO strategies.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Hubspot) and mailing tools (e.g., MailChimp).
  • Strong research skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts for broader audiences.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment – experience with Asana a plus.
  • Experience with social media management and content creation.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working in B2B environments with SaaS/Tech highly desirable.
  • Experience working on video scripts and storyboarding video production.
  • Experience overseeing the delivery of high volumes of content.
  • Experience in digital marketing and an understanding of various digital marketing channels.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and other content performance tools.
  • Previous experience within the field service management industry or B2B SaaS.
  • Experience with paid marketing channels, proofing, or media relations.
