We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications and services. They will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design and implement new workflows, and integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, performing system upgrades, and providing training and support to end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Service Integration and Management consultants to assist clients in implementing Service Management / ServiceNow best practices
- Work with Process Consultants and Business Analysts to implement solutions
- Perform configurations using platform features
- Co-design and develop new ServiceNow applications and service features
- Provide support and guidance for ServiceNow System Administrators as needed
- Take ownership of medium and low complexity business requirements and work them to completion
- Create and update design documents and perform unit testing of the completed functionality
- Work with the testing team to perform end-to-end testing
- Update set migration across instances
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus
Experience:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices
- Strong client-facing and consulting skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including English Language
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ServiceNow experience ideally including one or more of core ServiceNow applications / modules including: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and processes / capabilities including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Asset and Configuration Management
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
- Knowledge of other ITSM tools and platforms
- Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting
Skills:
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, Web Services, HTML, CSS, Jelly, and Rest-API
- Understanding of Agile and SCRUM methodologies
- Ability to work with a remote team, requiring strong communication skills via phone and email
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge and work experience in Angular/AngularJS (optional)
- Experience in JavaScript coding
- Experience in working with integrations such as LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, and Web Services (optional)
- Team leadership

- ServiceNow Foundations
- Ideally will have one or more of the following:
