Test Architect Manager

Korn Ferry are assisting a London market client with their Blueprint 2 programme.

This role will be leading the test architect team (of test managers) to write test strategy/approach papers on how they will test specific areas of their platform.

Who they need:

• Background in London market insurance
• Extensive Test Management experience (ideally within insurance)
• Need a doer – able to run workshops, obtain the right info from SMEs, etc. NOT someone who just crunches numbers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills – able to engage with stakeholder at all levels
• Experience with fixing and turning around programmes
• Able to take direction from leadership and push in that direction – people who are obstructive and want to constantly do things their way will not be the right fit
