We're hiring a Chef de Partie for a world-class estate in Somerset. Showcasing the best of high-end, contemporary British food, this small boutique hotel offers a luxurious experience for their diners. All dishes are created using produce from the estate and local suppliers, served in a beautiful 60 cover restaurant.
Our Chef de Parties work with state-of-the-art equipment. The chefs are some of the most passionate and inspirational in the South West. A focus is always on the food - ensuring each dish is as beautiful as the next, with the flavours of each component being highlighted to their full potential. Dishes are always fresh and seasonal, using produce both from the estate garden team and our trusted local suppliers.
CDPs play a crucial role in our kitchen. The day-to-day duties of each section will be your responsibility and commis chefs will look to you for guidance and development. Previous experience in high-end food preparation and a passion for seasonal produce is a must.
