Una Health is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive commercial success within the South East and London territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets across our Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) portfolio, with a focus on secondary and community diagnostics settings, including maternity, virtual wards, and INR/diabetes management. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and driven sales professional to make a real impact in the healthcare diagnostics sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Growth & Territory Management: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve territory targets, ensuring growth across the POCT portfolio.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including NHS Trusts, Integrated Care Systems (ICS), clinicians, and procurement teams.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and drive adoption of POCT solutions across both secondary care and community diagnostics settings.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with laboratory teams, maternity services, virtual wards, and primary care networks to understand their diagnostic needs and position Una Health’s solutions effectively.
- Product Knowledge & Training: Develop in-depth expertise in Una Health’s product portfolio and deliver training and education to healthcare professionals.
- Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activity, opportunity pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Working: Work alongside marketing, technical support, and product management teams to ensure customer success.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years in a Key Account Manager or Regional Sales Manager role, preferably within clinical sales.
- Sector Knowledge: Experience in POCT, diagnostics, or medical devices is essential.
- Sales & Commercial Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing successful account strategies.
- Flexibility & Adaptability: Ability to manage complexity and tailor sales approaches across multiple market segments and stakeholders.
