The successful candidate will support the regional team and Head of Region in implementing the ‘Five Pillar’s strategy, focusing on representing members, negotiations, supporting and organising Reps, campaigning, and recruitment. The candidate will work closely with BMA staff and Reps and should have transferable skills in negotiating, representing, campaigning, and organising within a membership organisation such as a trade union. This role is home-based, with travel across the South West (Dorset & Somerset) required.
