Social network you want to login/join with: Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise the schedule and daily activities of the shipping and receiving departments in a fast-paced production environment. Oversee all inventory receiving processes and ensure accurate receipt of goods into AIMS, our ERP system, in collaboration with the Assistant Warehouse Manager. Ensure daily ecommerce orders are picked, packed, and labeled accurately and on time, with all necessary documents provided. Work with the Allocations and Wholesale departments to issue pick tickets for daily shipments to stores and wholesale accounts. Coordinate with the Wholesale Manager to ensure wholesale orders are shipped accurately before the cancel date at the most economical rate. Manage EDI transactions with wholesale customers and logistics partners. Stay updated on routing guides and compliance for all major Wholesale accounts. Create shipping documents for domestic and international shipments. Verify inbound/outbound paperwork with drivers, ensuring proper product counts. Maintain inventory of shipping supplies and packing materials, negotiate prices, and understand lead times to avoid expedited shipping costs. Supervise the Assistant Warehouse Manager in conducting quality control of finished goods and communicate issues to the Production team. Hire and train temporary staff during peak seasons. Develop processes for better inventory accuracy and control. Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and maintenance. Establish inventory control processes and report monthly adjustments to the company President. Support the Customer Service team. Oversee bi-annual physical inventories and conduct cycle counts throughout the year. Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Experience with EDI transactions. Experience with AIMS, Lightspeed, and ShipStation software preferred. Experience with FedEx, DHL, UPS, and USPS software. Accessories or apparel industry experience is a plus. Extremely detail-oriented. Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills and responsibility in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills. Experience managing a high volume of orders in a time-sensitive manner. #J-18808-Ljbffr
