About the role
As part of our goals of continued growth within our Sales team we are looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to join our Tuition Sales Team to help us smash our targets and support as many students as possible to achieve life changing academic success!
You will be joining us as we go into a new phase of expansion both for the Tuition Sales department and the company as a whole. There couldn\’t be a better time to join and see from the inside how a fast-paced high-growth company works.
You will be the first port of call for new tuition enquiries via telephone and our website. This is a solely inbound sales role, which means no outbound cold calling! You’ll continue to develop this relationship with both new and existing clients and you will see the matching process through beginning to end. We gauge success not just in terms of number of matches but also the quality of the match in creating a long term relationship with the client/tutor. You’ll use your Sales skills to help clients realise the benefit of working with us and then get them set up with the most suitable tutor.
Your day-to-day will have a particular focus on sales, client management and tutor engagement, with a big emphasis on selling our support to clients. In addition, there will also be opportunities to work with the wider team to help develop our strategy to make sure we are always working in the most efficient and effective way.

Important information to know
Hours: Mondays – 9:00-18:00, Tuesdays – Fridays 9:00-17:00
Location: This role will be a hybrid of in-office and working from home. In your first few weeks you’ll need to be in the office full time in order to be fully onboarded. Once training has been completed, we operate a 3 days in office 2 days wfh policy.
Salary
£28,000-35,000 per annum (DOE. This is inclusive of expected OTE.)
Office Culture
The Profs office is located in Canary Wharf, East London. Throughout the year we attend awards ceremonies and put on various events for our team to celebrate hitting targets, work anniversaries or birthdays. Some of our more recent social events have been Axe throwing, Electric Shuffleboard, Virtual Clay Pigeon shooting and Curling. In addition to this, our office comes with a free Gym!
As an education business we strongly believe in training and development from within, you’ll be trained by our sales champions and join a company that hasn’t missed a target this year, whilst continuing growth in every year of our existence!
