Operations Manager – Main Contractor
Planned Maintenance, Decarbonisation & Re-cladding Projects
Up to £100,000 + Package
My client are an established construction contractor who are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to head up a several long term planned frameworks and decarbonisation projects. You would be responsible for circa £40 million per annum.
The Role;
Within this role, you will work along side a commercial manager ensuring P&L, budgets and deadlines are met. You would be responsible for ensuring the level of service and quality is to the highest standard as well as cost control, creating CPP & programming of works and budgeting. Your direct team will include contract managers, project managers, site managers & office staff. You will report directly in to the divisional director who will support you in making the contract a success.
The Candidate;
The ideal candidate will have extensive building knowledge and experience managing planned maintenance frameworks. Experience managing multiple site teams, strategically planning projects and an ability to problem solve in complex situations. A good knowledge of up to date legislations and strong organisational skills is also desired.
Having an ability to create a strong working environment, where everyone is working as a team to achieve targets and goals on the contract, as well as being able to build strong relationships with the client and your team members.
