HR Operations Lead/Manager

Location: Central London

ÂŁ65-70,000 + bonus + package

Are you an experienced HR professional seeking a dynamic role in a fast-paced, supportive environment? Our client, a highly respected central London property investment and development company, is looking for an HR Operations Lead to join their team.

As part of a small, close-knit HR team, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering excellent service across all HR operations. From managing the employee lifecycle and benefits to leading HR systems and analytics, this role offers a blend of operational responsibilities and strategic impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all HR operational processes, including onboarding, payroll, compensation, and benefits.
  • Act as the “Super User” for HR systems, ensuring system integration, maintenance, and reporting.
  • Provide data-driven insights through analytics and reporting for the HR team and senior leadership.
  • Oversee the annual remuneration review, gender pay gap reporting, and other critical HR processes.
  • Continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and the onboarding experience.
  • Support and contribute to company-wide initiatives, including diversity and inclusion and learning and development programs.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of HR experience with expertise in HR systems, payroll, benefits administration, and data analysis (Excel skills essential).
  • Hands-on HR experience gained within SME rather that large corporate.
  • Proven ability to manage employee lifecycle processes in a commercial, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with systems like HiBob, CultureAmp, and Apprais’d (or similar) would be a plus.
  • A proactive, team-oriented individual with a customer-focused mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
