Chadwick Nott is a boutique legal recruitment agency renowned for its national and international clients. Since its founding in 1991, the company has placed over 10,000 legal professionals in permanent or temporary roles for around 700+ clients. The team of experienced consultants, many with backgrounds as lawyers or in senior law firm roles, leverage over 200 years of collective experience to source the right legal talent. Over half of Chadwick Nott's business comes from returning clients and lawyers seeking new opportunities.

This is a full-time or 4 day week hybrid role located in Bristol, Birmingham or London. As a Recruitment Consultant at Chadwick Nott, you will be responsible for 360 desk, building and managing both client and candidate relationships. Working in an established team, this role involves sourcing and placing lawyers of all levels in all practice areas.

Our client relationships with international, Top 100, specialist boutique firms as well as high street practices and our candidate network are second to none. Our commission structure is market leading and completely transparent with no threshold. We are recognised for our supportive working environment with a very collaborative culture that values and supports your career development. Everyone is treated like adults - micro management is not what we are about. You will work alongside bright experienced individuals who pride themselves in being consultative legal sector experts, working with integrity. You will have the freedom to manage your own desk by developing personal relationships with both candidates and clients. You will be provided with the tools including an excellent database and latest software that you need to succeed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A proven track record in legal recruitment
  • Proficiency in conducting interviews and assessing candidates
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Resilience and adaptability
