Key Responsibilities:
- EA support to CEO / Founder β intricate diary, meetings
- Arrange global travel end to end with itineraries and agendas
- Organise board meetings, events, offsites, and social functions
- Prepare and update documents, presentations, and reports
- Manage office operations, liaising with building management and vendors
- Oversee supplies and support HR and CRM updates
- Champion office improvements and culture
