Our client, based in Edinburgh are looking for a Student Recruitment Assistant to join their team to support their campaigns to attract students from around the world. You will work closely with student marketing and recruitment colleagues, student ambassadors, teaching staff and you will also engage with prospective students and parents/carers. Key Responsibilities Create content and promotional material for degree programmes in both digital and print format (including social media, blogs, web articles and videos). Respond to queries from prospective students Support the organisation and running of on campus and online events Use analytics to monitor the performance of social media and website campaigns Use analytics to monitor student conversion, engagement and matriculation. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent team working skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues Excellent customer service skills, providing professional, accurate and timely responses to enquiries Commitment to guidance, policy and procedures (such as data protection, copyright) (training will be provided) Digital skills, including experience using social media platforms and MS Office suite Experience in the following settings: marketing, customer service, event management Planning and creating video content Evaluating digital campaigns and events Experience using digital tools such as email newsletters and graphic design software (e.g. Canva) Competitive pay rates Ready to make a difference?
