The role

As a Consultant at 4C Associates, you will play a vital role in delivering impactful projects across our client base. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify and implement performance improvements, lead procurement and cost reduction initiatives, and manage workshops. Additionally, you will contribute to both internal and external strategic initiatives that enhance our service offerings.

  • Proven experience in strategic sourcing or category management, with the ability to lead initiatives independently.
  • Experience working in a public sector procurement environment is desirable.
  • Negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical ability and proficiency in Excel.

Hybrid Working

This role is hybrid, with a mix of remote work, client site visits, and time at our Hammersmith, West London head office (typically two days per week in the office).
