This is an opportunity to join a relativity partner who has been actively providing eDiscovery services for over 15 years. You will join an established team with individuals from both vendors and law firms with an average of 7 years of experience in the industry. Responsibilities of a Senior eDiscovery Consultant:
- Independently manage large-scale litigation projects - normally multiple at once for a range of clientele nationwide
- Consult and advise custodians to the highest standard alongside other internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to all phases of the disclosure: processing, review management, analytics, and productions
Requirements of a Senior eDiscovery Consultant:
- Over 4 years of experience in eDiscovery working across the right side of the EDRM
- Expert experience using Relativity (MUST HAVE)
- Ability to effectively articulate complex information to non-technical individuals
- Proficient in identifying technical issues and recommending solutions to clients
- Knowledge and use of TAR and CAL
- Additional qualifications such as Mastery is desired, and RCA is considered a standard
