They are now looking to recruit an experienced B2B European Sales Manager with experience in SKIN CARE/BEAUTY PRODUCTS. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with many beauty brands and skin care brands. You will have full accountability to set, develop, and lead the strategy for growing the business within multiple high street retailers across Europe (Cosmetics and Personal Care). You will work with the sales director and liaise with the Product and Marketing teams to develop and grow these key business areas in Europe. You will look for new ways of working to strengthen relationships and brand presence within these customers and develop multifaceted strategies to encompass in-store retail, working with sales agents and distributors across Europe. Responsibilities: Develop new business within high street retailers across Europe Work with sales agents and distributors Build meaningful business relationships to meet KPIs and customer needs Manage full P&L responsibility, including sales, investments, and profitability Create and implement business plans for cosmetics and personal care across in-store and online platforms Utilize data and analytics to identify growth opportunities Manage promotional platforms and review performance for ROI Provide accurate reporting and forecasting Develop strategies and processes to support business growth Regularly update on account performance, risks, and opportunities Identify gaps and propose solutions to improve and capitalize on opportunities Candidate Profile: Proven sales experience as a B2B European Sales Manager in the skincare, beauty, retail, or FMCG industry Strong relationship-building skills Proficient in P&L and budget management Excellent customer management, communication, and presentation skills Passionate, driven, strategic, and commercially savvy Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and handle complex situations Organized, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Resilient and challenge-oriented Effective at stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration Salary: up to £55k depending on experience.
