Are you experienced in delivering behavioural and leadership training looking for a new challenge in the Northamptonshire area?
Our client pride themselves on their investment in people and are looking for an experienced Trainer to join their People Development Team to deliver training sessions with duties such as:
- Design, deliver and look for continuous ways to improve training programmes and workshops to improve the management teams of the business
- Delivery of accredited and non-accredited L&D programmes
- Delivery of the accredited ILM 3 Management course
- Provide training to both newly appointed and experienced managers across the business
- Providing feedback and 1:1 coaching sessions
Please note this role is site based to deliver training, predominately in Northamptonshire with regular travel to other sites in Hereford & Telford, the rest of your time can be spent working from home where appropriate.
For this role we are looking for experienced Trainers who have a formal learning and development qualification or equivalent and preferably have recent experience in delivering the accredited ILM 3 Management course training.
You will be driven to improve performance and deliver strong results through continuous improvement and finding more effective ways of working along with excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
