Territory Manager – Medical Capital Equipment
Outline: This is fantastic opportunity for someone to work with a highly-regarded and global brand within medical capital equipment for surgical environments. The Role:
- Covering the Eastern region, from Middlesbrough to Essex, taking over a territory that has lots of existing clients but with great potential for growth.
- You will concentrate on selling this surgical capital equipment into the NHS and private sector hospitals, along with some products into research and academia.
- The primary objectives are for sales growth, maintenance of profit margins and improving market share across your area.
- Utilising active selling strategies and the key knowledge you gained from the product training.
- It is essential that you drive the business in a competitive market, focusing on company core values while maintaining a good market share.
- You will be utilising Technical Specialists and trials to win new business, converting business from competitors.
- Full initial training will be provided with career outgoing development.
Package:
- Basic salary depending on experience – up to £60k

The Ideal Person:
- It is essential that you have strong medical capital equipment sales background and understand the project sales process within both the NHS and private sector.
- An Associate medical sales rep with the above experience who is looking to take a step-up will also be considered for this role.
- An outgoing personality and excellent people skills are vital for this role, you'll be meeting and engaging with diverse groups of people with a range of clinical skills.
- You need to know your way around the surgical environment and understand the best practices within that theatre setting.
- Applications must be living in the Cambridge, Peterborough, Bedford, Leeds, Sheffield, Leicester, Nottingham or Derby areas (or be willing to re-locate at your own expense)
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
- Right to work in the UK is essential – no sponsorship available (sorry)
