As one of our Wine Sales Associates you will work in our Cantina wine shop on the 1st floor. The shop holds over 400 Italian wines and is home to the biggest selection of Italian wines outside of Italy. Our wines are available to purchase for retail or for taking into one of our 3 neighbouring restaurants to enjoy whilst dining.
You will be responsible for providing an outstanding guest experience and sharing product knowledge with our customers. You will attend to both the needs of our guests and colleagues from other areas of the store needing product from the Cantina and retail areas. You will assist the Cantina Supervisor on stock rotation, ordering, cleaning, and visual merchandising.
